A. Careers

• We have an ever growing register of consultants working for us. We cannot accommodate all requests. However, any expert wishing to be involved in any of the projects mentioned on our website may contact us with detailed resume' & expectations.
• We generally look for highly experienced specialists in Pump Design, Valve Design, Hydro turbine design, Wind turbine Design, Compressor, Blower & Fan design specialists & Water Treatment Equipment Designers who can take up assignments as & when the requirement arises.
• We are looking out for CFD experts with clear understanding of fluid mechanics fundamentals as applied to rotating machinery. Most of such work will be client related applied fluid mechanics work. CFD experts who have worked on impeller blade design are welcome. Also people with mechanical FEA expertise.
• We have requirement for an expert who can work out energy tally versus water usage pattern for large housing societies to optimise water availability & pumping system specifications.
• Looking for experts in rain water harvesting & storm spill control.
• College students doing MBA (Marketing) can approach us for Market Asessment projects in particular 'Market for Robotic Pool Cleaners' only in case there is specific interest in that kind of product. The project may involve setting up a proper dealer network.
• We are on the lookout for a team who have built UAV to deploy such a device for Agricultural Crop Surveys. The project is to be carried out with proper permissions from relevant authorities.
• BTech (Mech) students with automobile engine specialisation can approach us for a project to improve engine efficiency of used engines to bring them at par practically with new ones.
• Required students to work on a 'Ball Valve Product for Petroleum Application'.
• We have a major 'Social Entrepreneur' project going on with a US forum & Volunteers with specific inclination towards mass impact social projects are invited to register with us.
• Foreign nationals wanting to be involved in the project as volunteers may approach us giving full details & reasons.

B. Selection

We follow a very stringent selection process. As a policy those interested must undertake DMIT Test (IGenie)- Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test & attach a copy of the pdf file along with the expression of interest e-mail. It is expected to provide valuable in-depth information about a personality & we believe it to be able to recommend the right fit & useful for the person also to chart the career path irrespective of the age.
