Assignment from a leading manufacturer of pumps from Germany for redesign of their best-selling range of pumps manufactured in Germany completed with efficiencies much higher than agreed to.
The leadership platform is proud to note that a member has taken the social initiative & completed the task to redesign better boat propellers in stainless steel for fishermen on the western coast o save them the trouble of rusting & corrosion damage, frequent & expensive repairs & replacement.
ALTRACARETECH launched the new responsive website with major changes in look & feel as well as display & access structure. This move resulted in appreciation from existing clients as well as great interest from potential clients. The new site is modular & expandable. The footprint of ALTRACARETECH leadership platform was expanded & strengthened with induction of leaders in their respective fields. This will allow more responsive & speedy handling of projects in both social & industrial areas.

Separate Artificial Intelligence (AI) centre created for evolutionary algorithmic development to analyse technology, business & market data in real-time & simultaneously with the aim to generate actionable transformational information.
The internet world is full of complaints about breakage of OTTERBOX clasp. Apparently it is a very simple element but due to human interaction force & the design requirement to have water tightness up to 100 feet of submergence it assumes complex dimensions. Project successfully undertaken to solve the problem of OTTERBOX clasp breakage with 3D printing with FEM analysis. Client has expressed gratitude for speed, accuracy & first time right delivery.
ALTRACARETECH has been involved in development of agitators, impellers & efficient drives for conventional washing machines for reputed brands. Washing Machines Technology section has been added to the capabilities to accommodate breakthrough technologies being adopted in the market.
A survey has been undertaken to assess about 1000 swimming pools all over the country for water quality, frequency of repairs & types, size & volume structure, equipment likes & dislikes, type of members & guests, users reaction about water quality, odour, clarity, eye burning sensation, chemicals used & type of treatment, ownership structure, usage pattern & age groups etc. Stay away members & potential clients are also being interviewed. About 400 pools have been studied so far. The survey analysis will allow us to develop effective market strategies to bring about transformational change. Results of our survey will be shared with the appropriate brand owners.

The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Additive Manufacturing Centre- Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) newly set up SD 113 Million Research Centre & Altracaretech to work together to promote 3D Metal Printing for engineering components in India. NTU 3D Centre has already produced a metal Impeller for a submersible pump for a client using EBM (Electron Beam Melting). The centre already has a variety of plastic 3D printing capability.

Our team successfully completes 5 year assignment under our 'Innovation Management Protocol' to develop a range (15) of patent-worthy mixing impellers for diverse applications ranging from thick pastes with viscosities of 100000 cP & above to water like fluids with 1 cP. The assignment was taken up against stiff competition from International World Number One. Actual on site tests at client premises reveal performance far superior to that promised by the competition. The job involved entire process from concept to production of impellers.

Our team of designers, consultants along with Computerised Fluid Dynamics (CFD) experts develop an innovative wind turbine blade design which uses the duo vortex phenomenon taking cue from Bio-Mimicry to cancel trailing vortices from roto dynamic blade allowing power generation even in low wind speeds.
Our team develops a fully automated side entry motorised propeller mixing unit for a local client doing turn-key installation for a German bio-gas company for installation in Thailand. The unit has auto programmed reverse feature & auto set point timing for plus minus 30 degree travel & is designed for 24X7 operational duty in outside environment. Another feature of the design is the capability to replace bearings in situ under tight shut-off conditions without emptying the 15 metre diameter & 12 metre high tank.
