The pricing structure consists of a fixed component plus a variable fee formula. However to work out a doable schedule of commitments the client must provide a clear statement of scope of work with detailed specifications along with a list of deliverables with their acceptance criteria & mile stones that are mutually acceptable. The commitments include schedule, quality & scope apart from the pricing method & escalation formula. Billing is based on agreed to triggers generated on reaching mile stones.
