Couple of years in Hardware & Networking, & Mechanical Manufacturing Industry, did not satisfy his urge to be in mass impact social projects that made him work in an Educational Institution at the start of its construction. Interacts with a group of professionals dealing with depression which has become endemic to communities.

Long-time interest in Karate & Meditation, have made him a firm believer in the beneficial effects of these skills for strengthening conviction to carry out social reformative projects successfully through 'Transformational Leadership'.Appeals to top management of companies to move from managing 'Talent' (Integrated processes & systems, talent as core to HR & business agenda) to 'People Management' (Focus on culture, engagement, environment, leadership, empowerment & fit) & from practice driven solutions to data driven solutions. His success mantra is, 'Organisational Cultural Change' is not only a marathon hurdles race but a race in which getting up quickly from a fall after hitting a hurdle is perhaps more important than clearing it.
